Pets aren’t permitted at TreeDwellers, as the treehouses sit within the sensitive woodland ecosystem of the Cornbury Park estate. The surrounding forest is home to abundant wildlife — including deer — and pets may disturb their natural behaviour.
Guide dogs are very welcome. We simply ask that they are kept on a lead and remain on the designated paths during your stay.
Thank you for helping us protect the woodland and the wildlife that live here.
Our current policy requires a minimum stay of two nights to ensure a relaxing experience. We invite you to sign up for our TreeMail newsletter to stay updated on any changes or special offers that may allow for exceptions in the future.
Check-in begins at 4pm, and check-out is by 11am.
If you’d like a little more time in the trees, you can add early check-in (from 2pm) or late check-out (until 12 noon) when completing your booking at checkout.
You can refer to the sitemap below to view the layout of the site and find where your treehouse is situated.

Parking is available on the TreeDwellers site, with space for one car beside each treehouse (two beside Liberty). Additional parking is available near the entrance to our land.
We also offer electric vehicle charging. The cost is £20 for a two-night stay, with an additional £10 per day thereafter. If you plan to charge your vehicle, please contact us in advance with your requirements.
Each treehouse kitchen is fully equipped for preparing relaxed meals during your stay. You’ll find a full-size oven, twin induction hob, toaster, kettle, and a Sage espresso coffee machine.
We provide a knife block, chopping board, cooking utensils, saucepans, frying pan, casserole dish, salad bowl, plates, crockery, and cutlery.
For cleaning up, there’s eco washing-up liquid, a scouring sponge and cloth, plus a tea towel.
Along with your local produce welcome hamper (see details in the Q below), you’ll also find a few essentials ready for your arrival, including salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar cubes, oat milk, and a selection of organic Pukka teas. Photos of the treehouse kitchens can be found on the individual treehouse listing pages.
Your welcome hamper includes a small selection of locally sourced treats to enjoy when you arrive — including cheese, crackers, butter, wine, and locally roasted ground coffee from Missing Bean.
If you’d like to tailor it to your preferences, a range of hamper upgrades can be selected during checkout, including a Champagne Hamper, Vegan Hamper, Gluten-Free Hamper, Alcohol-Free Noughty Organic Sparkling Wine, or Alcohol-Free Rosé Lemonade.
Each treehouse includes a freestanding handcrafted bath, with a rain shower above, a separate WC, and a hand basin. In Liberty and Sambucus, you’ll also find an additional shower room and WC for extra convenience. Liberty's second shower room features accessibility features - details of which can be found on the Liberty listing page. We provide handwash, hand cream, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, along with soft bathrobes and towels for your stay. For an even more indulgent soak, you can add our Bath Ritual Experience during checkout — a thoughtfully curated bathing set designed to elevate your time in the tub.
Yes — the treehouses are designed to stay warm and cosy throughout the year. Each one features underfloor heating, radiators, and an eco-friendly log burner.
Heating in each area can be controlled using individual panels, so you can set the temperature to suit your comfort during your stay.
A starter supply of logs is provided, and additional bundles can be purchased for £15. You can also discover more about our eco-friendly log burners in our blog.
Your stay includes a welcome hamper with local wine, cheese, crackers, coffee, and tea, as well as sugar, milk, butter, oil, seasoning and condiments. Enjoy underfloor heating and a starter supply of firelighters, kindling, and logs.
While we don't supply meals, you're invited to enjoy cooking in our fully equipped kitchens or explore the delightful local pubs and cafes nearby for a fantastic dining experience.
Smoking cigarettes or vapes is not permitted inside the treehouses, and vapes should not be charged unsupervised.
